**Admin Assistant**
**LOCATION: Yeovil**
**HOURS**:40 hours per week**
**RESPONSIBLE TO**:Category Manager**
**Role Overview**:
To support the Scruffs Workwear LTD team with the delivery of a customer focused strategy including customer sales order raising, system management and sample management to ensure we are in a solid position at the start of all launches and throughout the lifecycle of product.
The role-holder will work cross functionally and collaboratively to ensure that all business needs are met.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Process customer sales orders in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders received before the daily cut-off period are processed
- Provide customers with order acknowledgements, along with booking in orders, communicating weekly stock updates and invoice processing
- Collate data for upload onto customer portals, providing the National Account Managers with web content, marketing information, packaging information and product data
- Maintain the purchase order critical path
- Support the Scruffs Workwear Team with preparedness for meetings and events as required, including the setup of necessary documents
- Provide support to the national account team, enabling them to liaise with customers effectively
- Support with customer service queries
- Parcel tracking and the distribution of samples to the relevant people including development samples, wear trial samples and sales samples
- Maintain the wear trial database
- Management of filing systems including physical files, digital files and samples
- Maintain sample displays and assist with the creation of customer planograms
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes.
- General administration support
**Required Skills**:
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, predominately Excel and PowerPoint
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Can-do, professional attitude with excellent admin skills
- Great at managing time and prioritising tasks
- Attention to detail with the ability to ensure tasks are completed accurately
- Able to adapt quickly to changes and work well under pressure
- Pro-active with the ability to work on own initiative
