We are looking for a new Accounts Administrator to join our small family run paint distribution company

in Swindon.

**Time**: 09:30 - 14:30

**Days**: Monday to Friday

**Pay**:£12.00 -£14.00 Per Hour

depending on experience and qualifications

**Holidays**: 20 Days Per Year + Bank Holidays

**Pension**:Employer contribution 3%, Employee contribution as per auto-enrolment requirements.

**Responsibilities will include.**
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Recording goods in into inventory software.
- Complete understanding of sales and purchase ledger.
- Complete monthly statement reconciliations to agreed deadlines.
- Ensure monthly payment runs in accordance with supplier payment terms.
- Month end procedures.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Be able to respond to financial queries both internally and externally.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Good knowledge of sales and purchase ledger.
- Excellent time management skills.
- AAT qualifications are desired but not essential.
- Quickbooks online experience preferred.
- Microsoft office experience.
- Good Telephone manner.
