**About the Role**

The PR Outreach Executive is a newly created role in the fast-growing marketing department and will suit somebody who thrives on being busy.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in link-building and blogger outreach, with SEO-optimised copywriting expertise, who can help drive organic traffic to our websites.

As a PR Outreach Executive, your main objective is to develop and implement effective, scalable link-building and outreach strategies to secure a high volume of quality backlinks and to maximise ROI. Working across Digital and Traditional PR, Organic Social, and Influencer Outreach campaigns.

This role is for an individual who is comfortable carrying out a variety of tasks with exceptional interpersonal skills and time management. The duties will include:

- Lead the full link-building process from ideation to outreach
- Monitor campaign performance and online mentions to present the reports of progress and KPIs
- Work closely with the SEO and E-Commerce team to form a link-building strategy that drives organic traffic
- Compile a list of backlink prospects for each campaign using the proven outreach methods
- Writing pitches to share with journalists
- Building relationships with Influencers across all social media platforms
- Building relationships with journalists to bring brand awareness to multiple brands
- SEO Copywriting for the website, blogs, and product listings
- Ensuring all campaigns run in line with the overall SEO and marketing strategy
- Creating content for publication, working closely with the SEO team to ensure all content is fully optimised

We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for business development. You will enjoy being part of a thriving and busy team and also be confident in your abilities to lead and make decisions.

Your skills/experience:

- Understanding of effective link-building and outreach techniques
- Two years experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of how link building, content and Digital PR drive organic SEO results
- Good understanding of PR and outreach trends and how they can be implemented
- The ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure the link acquisition strategy works well for every aspect of the business
- Have a proven track record delivering end-to-end outreach campaigns
- SEO content skills such as copywriting, blog writing, and understanding the value of content for SEO
- Experience working within vape products, e-liquids, CBD or health and wellness products (preferable)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£300,000.00 per year
