The team is actively sourcing multiple Customer Service Advisors, primed to join the esteemed Customer Relations Team for a fixed duration of up to twelve weeks. The role is centered around proficiently managing all customer communications within the specified time-frames, guaranteeing the delivery of impeccably crafted responses to customer queries.

- ** Documentation**: Precisely document customer information, case particulars, and reasons for interaction in the CRM system.
- **Communication**: Craft articulate written responses to customer communications, adhering to stipulated regulatory timelines, internal guidelines, and Complaint Handling Procedures. Ensuring a consistently high standard of tone and content across all customer interactions.
- **Claims Processing**: Navigate the dedicated Delay Repay system to process delay repay claims, diligently aligning with Passenger Charter commitments.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- ** Communication Skills**: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Adept at utilising Microsoft Word and adeptness with computer-related tasks.
- **Organisational Acumen**: Strong organisational skills to manage tasks effectively.
- **Customer Service**: Aptitude to consistently deliver top-tier customer service.

While proficiency in Welsh would be advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement for this role. The company supports and encourages the use of the Welsh Language among employees, providing various avenues for skill enhancement through online learning, classroom courses, and financial support for community-based language programs.
