We are looking for a Bid Coordinator to support proposals, bid and tender development

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the bid life cycle for all Tenders/RFPs/RFQ
- Gather and coordinate information from internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance to the bid qualification (bid / no bid) process
- Provide technical writing, editing, and proof-reading of all proposals
- Conduct bid reviews, maintain version control of all proposals and support docu-ments development including the final submission
- Manage the pre and post bid clarification phase with the client and internally
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company processes, supporting tools, templates, and management of the Bid Library
- Contribute to bid research - client, competition, and market

**About you**:

- Experience in bidding within B2B professional services
- Exposure to working in a cross-border sales environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A natural networker and a team player
- Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous stakeholders simultaneously
