This is an incredible and rewarding position for a compassionate and kind person to assist a bright and polite man in his 30s who has Osteogenesis Imperfecta and relies on his wheelchair for his mobility needs.

It is an excellent occasion to work during nursery and school hours, making it an ideal mother-friendly opportunity that allows for a flexible work-life balance with childcare responsibilities.

The individual will need help with light household tasks, daily activities, odd shopping errands, and exciting daily outings of his choice. He also needs help with all aspects of personal care and relies on his carer to provide this.

Duties will take place in a quiet, clean, and safe home environment occupied by the service user, his mother, and his main carer, who provides her assistance on separate occasions.

**Applicants must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid, clean UK driving licence to drive the adapted vehicle covered by the insurance policy provided.**

**In order to apply, you must live in Hyndburn, Blackburn, and Rossendale, or within a 12-mile radius from Accrington.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.74-£12.67 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
