About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Accrington, Lancashire. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Encourage service users to engage in social activities and develop warm relationships with them and their families.
  • Support service users to follow their passions and interests, including movie nights, gardening, and arts and crafts.
  • Work on a relief basis, picking up shifts at times that suit you.
Requirements

Previous experience in a care role is essential. You must attend mandatory induction training courses to begin this role.
