Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Relief Support Worker to join our team in Accrington, Lancashire. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning. You will also encourage service users to engage in social activities and develop warm and trusting relationships with them and their families.

This is a relief-based role, which means you can pick up shifts at a time that suits you. This is ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study, or caring responsibilities. Previous experience in a care role is essential for this position, and successful applicants must attend mandatory induction training courses to begin.
