Relief Support Worker Opportunity

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a reliable and proactive Relief Support Worker to join our team in Accrington, Lancashire.

We provide quality care and support to residents with a range of support needs, primarily learning disabilities. Our vibrant service offers a diverse and stimulating environment where no two days are the same.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to engage with our service users in a range of exciting activities, including movie nights, gardening, board games, arts and crafts, and more.

Your role will include:

  • Providing personal care and administering medication
  • Encouraging service users to engage in social activities
  • Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families
  • Working on a flexible basis to suit your availability

Previous experience in a care role is essential, and successful applicants will be required to attend mandatory induction training courses.
