**Job Title:Regional Sales Executive/Manager Southern England.**

**Location: Birmingham and South, M5, M1, M40, M4 Corridors**

**Salary: Circa £50,000**

**Working hours:8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 12.30pm Friday.**

**Additional benefits:5% employer pension contribution, 24 Days Holiday + 8 BH, Company Car, Mobile Phone, Laptop, Company Credit Card for all reasonable business expenses.**

Are you an experienced Sales Executive with extensive knowledge of bespoke staircases for both commercial and residential settings?

If so our client, a privately owned business with over 60 years’ experience in quality volume staircase manufacturing is seeking to recruiting a Regional Sales Executive/Manager to join their team, this is a fantastic opportunity to become a crucial memberof a well-established business.

The Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible to develop and manage relationships with customers, ensuring they have regular contact and site visits to add value to the organisation by gaining a deep understanding of the customer and their business needs.
- Work remotely effectively planning their own workload.
- Identify new sales leads with existing customers and create proposals to such enquiries.
- Identify new potential customers including using proprietary software which provides construction project leads, market analysis and forecasting.
- Motivated and drive to succeed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Business development, sales enquiries and dealing with day-to-day sales activities.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers.
- Maintain good working relationship with Regional Support Manager and other staff.
- When required take accurate measurements and detailed information on site and communicate this to Regional Support Manager for manufacture.
- Work with customers Site Managers, Architects etc to interpret / develop specification, dimensional and regulatory requirements.
- Act as main point of contact for regional customers on all client matters.
- Providing information to company deadlines.
