**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of access products, storage systems, fall protection, and light duty construction equipment into independent distributors, decorating centres, end users, and buying groups across the South West region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the construction industry, with experience working with independent retail and distribution customers. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000, plus a bonus structure that rewards target attainment, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a fully expensed car.

As a Regional Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
