**About Us and our Team**

We are exciting, fun, innovative, forward thinking and rapidly growing We deliver a range of events across the North East and Scotland and sometimes further afield. From humble beginnings hiring out small bouncy castles to back garden birthday parties, we now offer the biggest range of inflatables and corporate event equipment in the North East and have recently added a facilitated team building arm to the company.

**Your Main Duties**

Loading and unloading equipment with care

Setting up and operating equipment in a timely manner, at a range of venues.

Cleaning and maintenance of equipment. Cleaning and keeping tidy company vans and storage unit.

Engaging with customers and clients to present a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Representing A1Events with professionalism and a friendly smile at all times.

**Requirements**:
Full clean driving license is required and experience driving large vans preferred.

Able to work every weekends, including early mornings and late evenings. Midweek work also required.

Experience in a customer facing role preferred.

Physically capable of lifting, moving and setting up various types of team building equipment and heavy inflatables, either by yourself or with a team.

Physical stamina and high energy levels.

Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.

Smart appearance.

Reliability is an exceptionally important part of this role, therefore failure to attend an agreed shift without prior notification or discussion will result in removal of consideration for any future shifts.

The role is physically demanding with loading and unloading vans, moving and setting up heavy equipment. We work outdoors most of the time and you will often be on your feet all day in variable weather. Events can include some long unsociable hours, from early starts to late nights and we a have a requirement for all staff to be able to work weekends.

You will receive training in setting up and operating a wide range of equipment in accordance with safety protocols, HSE guidelines and industry best practice. Training for everyone typically starts with setting up and packing down inflatables. When this is mastered, you will move on to the rodeo bull, total wipeout, air hockey and games tables, crazy golf and more.

**Join our Team**:
Immediate start, through to end of September. Hours from 20 to 40+ per week.
