The EMEA Sales Operations Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales operations activities across the EMEA region. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, collaboration effectiveness, and scalability within the sales organization to support revenue growth and attainment of business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales operations with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Drive the sales planning process, including forecasting, budgeting, and setting performance metrics for the EMEA region.
- Analyze and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices to improve the overall sales workflow, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Utilize data analytics to provide insights into sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and deliver regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, Inventory, and other departments to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between the sales team and other functional areas.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales technology and tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of sales tools.

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within sales operations, preferably in a global or EMEA-focused capacity.
- Experience of implementing sales Operations processes and procedures and collaboratively driving the cultural change in collaboration with cross-functional leaders.
- Understanding of sales processes, data analytics, and performance metrics.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and optimize sales workflows.
- Experience working with CRM systems and other sales technologies. Willingness to travel frequently within the EMEA region.

The EMEA Sales Operations Director will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, enhancing sales performance, and contributing to the overall success of the organization in the EMEA region.
