We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. You will be the first port of call on the telephone taking enquiries in a professional manner. You will carry out day to day administrative duties. This is varied role with progression opportunities.

Skills & experience for this role;
- Experience working in an administrative, secretarial or receptionist role is preferred
- Experience working in the Construction industry would be an advantage
- Good numeracy skills
- Confident dealing with customers and suppliers on the telephone
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Some experience working with Xero would be useful
- Resilient and able to work well under pressure
- Organised and able to prioritise workload
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance
- Good team player and communicator
- Ability to work on own initiative and self-motivate
