At Clem we've built the next generation of on demand property viewings. We deliver consistent and high quality viewings on behalf of the agents.

**Key responsibilities**
- Your primary role is to carry out property viewings professionally (in London zones 1-5)
- Pick up + drop off keys to specific locations
- Report on viewings using our Clem App
- Be flexible, curious and take full ownership of a task

**Job hours + location**

We offer 2 shift types:

- Weekday shifts: Mon - Fri, 13:00 - 21:00
- Weekend shifts: Sat & Sun, 10:00 - 18:00
- *You need to be able to work 5 shifts a week

You will need to be:

- Fully proficient in English + great communication skills
- Extremely professional, punctual and well organised
- Be able to problem solve in the moment

*Experience as an estate / lettings a plus (not a must)

*Access to a car / motorbike / electric vehicle or a cycle a plus (not a must)

**Benefits**
