Compensation: £23,500 annually + £3,000 Vehicle Allowance + Commission (On Target Earnings £30k - £32k ++ Uncapped Commission) for a 37.5-hour work week.

As a Viewing Specialist, you will engage with clients, present our properties, and deliver outstanding customer service. We are committed to supporting our team members in reaching their full potential. Join us in our mission to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers or tenants.
• Offer comprehensive information regarding properties, including features, advantages, and pricing.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market to address client inquiries.
• Follow up with clients post-viewing to resolve any outstanding questions or concerns.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.
• Consistently achieve or surpass performance targets set by management.
• Background in customer service, hospitality, or real estate preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other real estate tools is advantageous.
• Professional appearance and demeanor are essential.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required.
• Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary.
