Junior Office Administrator

We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team.
We are a family run property maintenance business who provide facilities management, refurbishment and drainage services to a series of high calibre clients across London.
Whether we are providing tailored renovation management or are called out to unblock a drain, our office is the hub of all enquiries. As a small team, you will work closely with the other office team members to ensure seamless business operations.
Previous office experience is not a necessity, but would be ideal. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn our systems and procedures with strong communication skills.
**Duties**:
- Answer phone calls from clients looking to book callouts
- Using our system to book in callouts
- Liaising with engineers to arrange callouts
- Organizing invoices
- Using Sage 50 (no previous experience necessary)
- Booking in vehicle maintenance appointments
- General organizing and filing
- Other duties as directed by management
**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
- A-levels or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Conscientious with an attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and time manage
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
