Office Administrator

We are currently looking for an upbeat, and flexible individual to join us, who are well organised and work well as part of a team.
This role best suits upbeat and self-motivated individuals who are flexible around tasks faced and will assist management and the general office team in their day-to-day tasks, such as answering phones, assisting with project administrative tasks and other general non-project tasks as required by management to assist with their workload.
No prior lighting, electrical or office experience is required, as a general positive attitude and willingness to try a range of tasks will be key to success in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering and making phone calls as part of the day-to-day communications with customers and suppliers alike.
- Responsible for maintaining weekly ordering of breakroom supplies, office materials and other goods.
- Assisting the projects team with day-to-day tasks to help with flexible workloads.
- Helping organise events, purchasing, and team building days.
- Supporting the management team with a range of administrative tasks.
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
