**About the role**
Balfour Beatty are currently looking for a **Security Administrator **to join our Connect Plus Services team based in **Dartford**

Within this role you'll assist in the efficient operation of the Dartford Security Office and DBFO contract as a member of a professional and efficient Security Team.

**Working Arrangements**

Hybrid-remote working available with a minimum of 3 days per week required at our Dartford office.

**What you'll be doing**
As a **Security Administrator **you'll:

- Undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service is delivered to the Security team and wider DBFO contract.
- Maintain accurate and secure paper based/electronic filing systems.
- Order security related peripherals when required.
- Support the work of the Security Manager and the Security Team Leaders during periods of absence or unexpected high volumes of work activity as required.
- Operation and maintenance of the access control database including the production and issue/retrieval of all access control cards to Staff and Contractors.
- Manage the Subcontractor Instruction (SCI) process and document as necessary.
- Maintain the Cyberlock database and issue and update cyberlock keys and padlocks.
- Maintain and address any issues in relation to Traka/Airwave system including carrying out the bi-annual Airwaves radio audits.
- Monitoring and investigating security CCTV cameras/footage remotely.
- Ensure all security policies and procedures are robustly applied.
- Provide a secure and safe environment for staff, Contractors, and Visitors to work and visit.
- Provide incident reports as and when required.
- Maintain staff vehicle database and update ANPR system accordingly.
- Any other duties, commensurate with the position, as required by the Security Manager.
- Live the Connect Plus Services Values.
- Ensure a focus on Zero Harm.
- Support the delivery of CPS Sustainability activities.

**Who we're looking for** Qualifications, skills & experience**:

- Administrative experience essential.
- Customer Service experience essential.
- Previous security experience desirable.

- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
