As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in need of assistance, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity within the familiar surroundings of their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, general personal care, and toileting, with empathy and respect for our clients' needs.

Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.

Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements, while encouraging healthy eating habits.

Companionship and engage clients in meaningful social activities and conversations.

Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals.

Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and organising living spaces.

Offer transportation assistance for appointments, shopping, or recreational outings.

Document client care activities and maintain accurate records of daily interactions.

Stay updated on the individual care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the care team.

**Qualifications**:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Empathetic and patient nature, with a genuine passion for caring for others.

Reliable, punctual, and flexible in scheduling.

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation
