Support Worker Level 3

Saint Clears, United Kingdom Fronhaul Full time

We support people living with mental health conditions live in the community across our two sites in St. Clears.

All too often unsuccessful care homes and dom care agencies have a high turnover of staff and rely on agency staff rather than investing in the long term development and wellbeing of their permanent staff. We believe that a well-supported, consistent staff team that _really _gets to know the people they are supporting leads to the best results.

Our overtime rate starts at £18.08 per hour, with £27.20 per hour on bank holidays and £40.80 being paid for Christmas Day.

If you want to make a difference, have your QCF level 3, and want to work for an organisation committed to the highest standards, we'd love to hear from you.

**Hours**

Full and part time hours are available.

**Our Vision**

Better Days for the people that use our Service, and Better Days for the people who work in it our Service. Fronhaul provides Residential Care to individuals with a chronic mental health need. We passionately believe in equality and that a person's needs should not define who they are and who they can become. To do this we invest heavily in our colleagues, we want to help all our staff fulfil their potential, so that they can help the people that use the service to fulfil theirs.

We believe in the highest standards of care and core themes that run through our organisation are openness, transparency and accountability. We believe in giving people chances and helping arm them with the tools they need to succeed.
