  • Contributing to best practice standards within the company and adhering to all policies and procedures.
  • Providing one-on-one care to children, ensuring adherence to all safeguarding legislation and minimum standards.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Have experience in social care, ideally within a residential setting.
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Be professional, approachable, and personable.
  • Be assertive when necessary, while remaining calm and considered in any situation.
Benefits

In return for your commitment and dedication, you will receive:

  • A comprehensive mandatory training package.
  • A competitive salary.
  • 5.6 weeks of annual leave.
  • Time-and-a-half pay on bank holidays.
  • One meal per shift.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Access to health and wellbeing services.
  • Staff incentives, including team-building days and planned evening outings.
  • A warm and welcoming work environment.

You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern. The onboarding process includes 'get to know you' sessions, pre-scheduled training, an introduction to the company, and shadow shifts.
