Our client is a international manufacturing and distribution company of plastic products and they are looking for a HR Administrator to provide administrative support to their HR Manager for the human resources function.

**In this role you will...**
- Be working under the guidance of the HR Manager to provide administrative support
- Assist with the review and development of relevant policies and procedures
- Involved with disciplinary matters
- Manage and maintain employee records
- Record and manage sickness & absence
- Maintain the HR database management
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Variety of other HR related tasks

- ppossess the confidence to work on your own initiative and have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products
