**About this career opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Solihull office for an experienced Team Coordinator within our GEO Technical Team (approx. 60 team members) to provide robust and proactive support to all team members, including leaders.

This is a pivotal support role and will make a significant impact on how our teams operate and engage with our clients. The role will involve being the ‘go to’ person within the team, supporting colleagues in producing quality deliverables and ensuring smooth operations.

**Is this role right for you?**

We are looking for people who are:

- Experienced in a similar role, ideally in professional services.
- Able to proactively identify where to provide support to team members based on prioritisation. You will be able to demonstrate excellent judgement in determining how and where to invest your time for maximum impact
- Be curious in your own learning and development
- Be experienced in standard office administrative procedures with strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, including solid PowerPoint skills and ideally SharePoint, and open to work with digital software.
- Have a professional qualification or membership, with a recognised administrative professional organisation, or a keenness to achieve this

Continuous improvement is a key part of this role and we expect the Team Coordinator to embrace this, demonstrating a growth mind-set. The role requires a proactive approach to learning and of developing new approaches.

Willingness and ability to take ownership of tasks or internal projects is key. The individual must be a problem solver, be able to work to short deadlines, be able to prioritise their workload multiple times a day and take initiative to resolve issues that they may face.
