We are looking for Performance Marketing Manager to job the FullFibre team and contribute to the future success of FullFibre and our Fibre Heroes brand. Backed by one of the largest UK infrastructure investment firms, Basalt; Our ambition is to be the leading builder of AltNet Fibre Broadband networks in the UK.

As our Performance Marketing lead, you’ll have a history of using data, insights and technology to target and engage target audience groups across digital touchpoints. Using your analytical skills, you’ll: assess and report on performance; identify, propose and deliver improvements in order to optimise our acquisition channels. Digital is a key engagement and acquisition channel for our business. To ensure our campaigns and activities are integrated across our channels, you’ll like to work collaboratively with your Marketing colleagues and agencies to ensure our audience is taken on a defined journey with clear goals and outcomes.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Planning & Forecasting**:

- Design and implement targeted performance marketing campaigns and approaches to support our business as our infrastructure build program transitions through the build and acquisition stages
- Ensure all campaigns perform to agreed CPA targets and balances ROI with growth trajectories
- Work in collaboration with our agency partners to respond to briefs and product plans and forecasts to achieve objectives
- Present media plans to the Head of Marketing for approval and take ownership to deliver within budget once approved

**Campaign & Channel Management**:

- Working with our digital agencies to manage the day-to-day performance of our activity across search, social, display and other channels
- Liaising with our Campaign lead to ideate and develop both strategic and tactical campaigns across all customer touchpoints and support media buying in appropriate channels
- Working collaboratively with our creative teams to set and plan asset requirements to support activity while ensuring suitable customer journeys are created and measurement is in place for reporting
- In partnership with the Communication manager, develop and design a suitable content strategy that takes customers on personalise journeys that build brand authority and move customers through the sales process
- Own the online customer journeys to ensure marketing activity and paid-for activity are aligned and integrated across our digital touchpoints

**Budgeting**:

- Review and optimise our monthly performance marketing budgets across channels effectively to leverage performance differences, ensuring recommendations are based on results, data and insight
- Manage and present monthly performance reviews and ensure all activity records and accounted for in line with accounting principles and reporting

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Deep knowledge and industry experience in digital marketing
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Adobe Knowledge is a bonus
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- An analytical and inquisitive mindset
- Relevant marketing qualification or degree (or equivalent experience)
- Be able to stick to strict deadlines and manage their own time and priorities
- Is a great team player and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Basic HTML / WordPress knowledge
- Understanding of Data analytics - SEO, google, Ads
