Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will oversee performance metrics and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing overall profitability.

Your key responsibilities will include:


• Guiding Mid-Market strategic decisions, addressing both operational ('What margin should we set for contract renewals?') and strategic ('Which segments should we target for growth?') inquiries.

• Executing strategies to maximize Mid-Market net profitability, including establishing a margin policy, safeguarding contract value post-signature, and setting NOC pricing.

• Centralizing reporting and dashboard requirements within Mid-Market to ensure a unified source of truth and support the establishment of a data-driven decision-making culture (e.g., commissions, target setting).

• Defining relevant KPIs to facilitate ongoing management and direction of the I&C portfolio.

• Identifying key risks and opportunities within Mid-Market against established targets and proposing actionable plans for risk management.

• Developing a forecasting process for Mid-Market in collaboration with Finance and Strategy & Performance teams.

Candidate Profile

We seek an individual with advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, along with familiarity with Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of SQL and Alteryx is advantageous.

Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills are crucial, enabling effective collaboration across business units and presentations to senior stakeholders. A proactive approach and a sense of accountability for achieving your objectives are key attributes we value.
