The Role:

The Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid media strategies across various digital channels for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of paid advertising, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for achieving measurable results.

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for clients.
  • Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing.
  • Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in paid media and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling ad content.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
