We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex Group we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Manage and organise daily picking requirements to fulfil the requirements of the production schedule.
- Booking domestic and international shipments.
- Arranging collections.
- Chasing couriers and checking courier invoices.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify physical counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy on all company databases and documentation.
- Work closely with other departments in the business to ensure smooth operations.
**Experience / Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a warehouse lead role.
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
- Continuous improvement mindset to improve processes.
- Self-motivated, dependable and trustworthy.
- Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
**What We Offer**
- Annual salary £24,000-£28,000 (depending on experience)
- 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
- Additional day of leave per year employed by the company.
