Working for this family run business the duties of the Office Administrator will be as follows:
- Be the first point of contact for any service/maintenance telephone calls
- Organise and allocate engineers to specific jobs
- Collate all details for engineers vehicle tracker, expenses and time sheets
- Add all information regarding completed works onto the CRM system
- Process purchase orders
- Liaise with payroll with regards to engineers worked hours
- Run reports outlining new and ongoing jobs
- Prepare and raise invoices for completed jobs
Ideally the successful Office Administrator will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous administrative/office experience
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent IT skills and ability to pick up new systems including Excel
- Keen, enthusiastic and wants to learn
- Hardworking, loyal and committed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
