The Village Medical Centre in Wallasey is looking for a skilled and motivated Reception/Administrator to join our busy GP Training Practice.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual with excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling telephone inquiries, and providing administrative support to our medical team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide administrative support to the medical team, including preparing patient records, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate databases.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
