**The Role**

As an Admin Assistant daily duties may include:

- Raising Purchase Orders
- Creating product listings and descriptions and adding onto Shopify
- Critical Path Management - chasing orders with suppliers.
- Liaising with the warehouse, ensuring all inventory is received.
- Creating invoices and working with the account team to ensure suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
- Liaise with customer service regarding any issues identified whilst carrying out returns and contacting the suppliers with any issues.

**Skills Required**:

- Computer Literate - confident in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail - all inventory must be correct on the system to help with future planning.
- Numerical Acumen - the role involves a high level of numerical data so being good with numbers is imperative.
- Quick learner - this is a fast-paced job so time management and efficiency are important
- Able to work under pressure.
- Team player
- Experience with stock management is desirable.
- Experience with Shopify is desirable
- Experience within fashion or retail is desirable.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
