Sales Administration Assistant

Green Home Systems is a rapidly expanding company in the energy efficiency sector. We install energy efficiency measures in domestic properties, including insulation products, solar panels, air source heat pumps, and EV charging points.
We are looking for someone to join our busy sales department. Initially the focus of the role will be on the sales admin side - booking jobs in with customers over the phone, booking in survey appointments and managing our surveyors' diaries.
The role:
- Answering phones and directing enquires to the correct sales person.
- Arranging survey appointments and booking in jobs.
- As experience and knowledge grows this would evolve to providing advice to potential customers who call in.
The individual:
- Ideally with some background in customer services but more importantly we are looking for someone who is conscientious, organised and enthusiastic.
- A good phone manner is also essential as the main part of the role is dealing with customers on the nphone.
- Good IT skills are also essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,255.00-£24,000.00 per year
