We are recruiting for our fast growing client based in Irvine for a Interiors Executive Assistant. This is a permanent position with salary £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, plus benefits. Working within a small and busy customer loyalty team where good administrative and sales/customer service skills is essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out administration tasks while also proactively build customer loyalty
- Regular telephone communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues, handling inbound calls daily
- To generate customer fit out quotations and supporting the interiors design team
- Process orders and input into Sage
- Booking in customer reviews and calling customers regarding their deliveries
- Dealing with non
- non-sales queries, and after sales issues
- Daily telephone contact and sales calls
- To resolve the issue/concern as swiftly as possible and keep the customer updated with progress

**Skills and Experience required for the Executive Assistant role**:

- Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge
- You will be a strong team player with a flexible & positive outlook
- Good planning skills in prioritising your workload and customer follow up
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate well with customers and colleagues alike
- A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
