We are currently seeking a motivated and pro-active Reward & Payroll Specialist to join our fantastic HR Team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a previous background in a Reward and/or Human Resources environment, who is looking to leverage their skills and contribute to a growing organisation.

**About the role**:
As our Reward & Payroll Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience by designing our total reward approach. You will be responsible for reviewing our current reward and benefits packages, as well as identifying new benefits to increase attraction, retention and the brand of our organisation. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our reward strategies align with our business objectives and values.

Alongside this, you will be responsible for carrying out effective salary benchmarking and analysis, to ensure our compensation and benefits remain competitive. You will also lead on Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting, ensuring efficient data preparation and the generation of comprehensive reports. We are thus looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, who is capable of reviewing and reporting on data to help drive positive change.

Another core component of this role will be to coordinate and administrate all payroll activities, including monthly payroll input on our system. Alongside this, you will be involved in organising offer letters and contracts of employment, commission slips, running payroll reports and responding to pay & benefits related queries from our employees.

**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrable analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex spreadsheets and interpret & model data.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Previous background in a Reward and/or Benefits position would be desirable.
- Good influential skills, capable of advising and reporting on key topics.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification would be desirable.
- Valid driving licence and proof of right to work in the UK
