As a People Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting People data to provide actionable insights for improving various aspects of our workforce. You will collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions that enhance employee engagement, talent retention, performance, and other HR-related initiatives.

ERM has over 11 years of people data stored in Workday, within which we have a suite of reports, dashboards, and scorecards available. We also produce ad-hoc and bespoke analysis & research to support specific people initiatives using Workday and supplementary data sources. In addition, we have also created a number of dashboards and analytical tools using Power BI which gives the business greater access to data and enhances their knowledge of the workforce.

In addition to delivering our reporting commitments; producing regular board reports and managing bespoke requests and ad hoc research and analysis projects, this role will also help to continue to manage and evolve our automated Workday & Power BI reporting and dashboard capability to meet internal customer needs. In addition to maintaining accuracy of their own work, the role holder will continue to support global HR teams to ensure integrity of data at point of entry, as well as ensuring that people data leveraged in other platforms is consistent with source. Specific programme support may include analytical support to compensation, benchmarking, and performance processes.
