**Are you looking to start your career in Human Resources? Equans has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice HR Administrator. This full-time, 2-year apprenticeship, based in our Kings Road or College Road offices in Birmingham, offers a fantastic start in HR with a fixed-term contract and the potential of a permanent contract at the end.**
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Providing essential HR administrative support to the business and our local teams.
- Assisting with the production of monthly reports from our HR system, including data on new starters, leavers, promotions, diversity statistics, and employee relations cases.
- Ensuring the completion of all employee-related paperwork, such as leaver letters and payroll information, and distributed promptly.
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes for employee relations hearings with guidance from the HR Advisor.
- Collecting and analysing exit interview data to help identify trends.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
- Someone interested in a career in HR.
- Confident in communication with people and maintaining a professional approach.
- GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in Maths and English (or predicted grades).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint..
- Must reside in a Birmingham City Council postcode.
