**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the central connection point for the Workplace Experience Hosting team based around the sites being served
- As a key part of our data-driven business model, the Workplace Experience Coordinator has the responsibility and ownership of managing and tracking tasks via ISS or client systems to ensure that there is a clear reportable output of work being complete by the Workplace Experience Hosting team
- In this role the Coordinator acts as the communications hub for queries being received from Colleagues or perhaps from other departmental personnel working in the building
- As a key point of contact, the Coordinator needs to have a positive demeanour, making interactions with Colleagues and ISS Placemakers alike an enjoyable experience
- Always willing to go the extra mile, with a positive 'can do' attitude, you will be a well-organised individual with a keen eye for detail
- Successful applicants will have a confident and sociable personality to develop strong rapport with colleagues and guests and make recommendations based on previous experience and feedback.
**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years customer services experience in dealing with Blue Chip/ High Touch clients
- High School or College Degree
- Proven track record of providing stellar customer service
- Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment
- Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication
