**Role Purpose**:
As the Regional League Executive, your mission is to manage and enhance multiple existing leagues within your assigned region. You'll be the driving force behind achieving our profit targets through operational excellence and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Moreover, your visionary approach will lead the charge in identifying and establishing new leagues, propelling sales, and boosting the profitability of our business within your realm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service, handle inquiries efficiently, and address potential complaints professionally.
- Team Recruitment: Recruit teams for existing and new leagues, optimising league performance, sales, and profitability.
- Lead Management: Manage incoming leads with a high conversion rate.
- League Scheduling: Utilize our booking system for optimal league scheduling, pricing, and team management.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure timely collection of match fees and encourage recurring payments.
- Operational Efficiency: Guarantee the availability of necessary equipment for all events.
- Event Management: Hire and manage Event Managers and officials, ensuring smooth execution of fixtures.
- Venue Management: Conduct venue visits and audits and maintain strong relationships with teams, customers, and venue providers.
- Innovation and Growth: Collaborate with marketing to support regional needs and develop new concepts and trials.
