Technical Support Officer

Duties
- Provide 1st & 2nd level ICT support service across the trust
- Ensure effective custoner service to ICT users
- Respond to calls received via the help desk
- Issue advice and guidance to support users
- Provude technical support to 9000 users across the trust
- Work closely with IT
- Project implementations, moves, installations, migrations, audits

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Band 5
