We are seeking an enthusiastic Clinical or Forensic Psychologist to lead our community forensic support team for adults with a learning disability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist to develop skills in leadership and service development within an interesting clinical specialism. We are committed to professional development and maintaining a good work life balance and you will be very supported in your new role.

You will be working in the community in a range of settings, supported by a multi-disciplinary team. The caseload will be interesting, varied and include working with people with a wide range of needs. We have a very close working relationships with partners in north and south Derbyshire health and social care and you will find plenty of opportunities to develop your professional goals.

We also work with local university clinical psychology courses, and you will be encouraged to pursue excellence in service development, research and training should you wish to.

You will have access to specialist supervision, training and development. Applications will be considered for psychologists working at 8a who are interested in preceptorship to 8b and we will ensure we complete a personal development plan to support you to attain your goal.

The post is supported by clinical and management supervision from Consultant Psychologists.
