We have an exciting new opportunity to join the Bromborough Planning team as an administrator. You will manage all aspects of 3PL as part of the planning department, overseeing all movements, monitoring, optimising, reducing costs inline with business needs..

**Your day to day tasks will include (but not limited to)**:

- Install and maintain Preactor, become the Super User of Preactor and conduct training of all staff
- Weekly trackers - new launches / promotions - 6 week outlook
- Service level / trackers - analysis issues / corrective action
- Plan attainment v adherence - weekly meetings / action driven
- Capacity planning - S&OP packs
- Full ownership of ingredients and finished goods in and out of 3PL
- Full reconsolidation of all stock, real time inventory
- Daily reports highlighting any shelf life issues / stock discrepancies / managing concessions if needed
- Managing transport to site to deliver weekly requirement to the factory
- Managing on site storage capacity v using 3PL
- Monitor stock in transit into 3PL & out
- Monthly audits of 3PL
- Intake checks monitored and agreed with technical at 3PL
- Monitor any open orders and close off in a timely manner
- Volume, movements and costing report to be issued
- De-hiring of crates
- Holiday cover for planners / MRP purchaser / Meat purchaser
