We are recruiting for a full time permanent in-house Trainer for our growing Healthcare Group based in Wirral who have a group of residential services based in 22 acres of land based in the Hornchurch, Essex area. Their services provide residential care for young adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. As a Trainer you will be delivering mandatory and specialist training to their teams of care staff.

**As their Trainer you will be experienced in delivering the following training**:

- Administration of Medication
- Moving and Handling
- Emergency First Aid
- Plus more
- Delivering mandatory training to carers
- Writing, updating and delivering bespoke e-learning and face to face courses
- Delivering additional courses beyond the three mandatory courses listed above

**Essential requirements**:

- Previous experience in delivering administration of medication, moving and handling and emergency first aid and the PMVA training and writing of PBS plans.

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.50 per hour

**Education**:

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

- Health and Social Care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NMC (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
