- To manage and handle customer enquiries or complaints in a timely manner
- To keep customers updated on the status of their enquiry
- To work closely with other departments to ensure smooth running of the business
- To monitor and report on customers’ feedback and suggest areas for improvement
- To prepare all necessary customs documentation and resolve any issues
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) - Essential**:
