The Foot and Gait Clinic is a multi-disciplinary clinic in the heart of Taunton and we pride ourselves on providing Clinical Excellence.
We are looking for a strong administrator to support our growing clinical team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the clinic
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers
**Skills**:
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulations
As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to patients while ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the overall efficiency of the practice.
