**Purpose of the role**:
Working across creative services and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving productivity and quality through all aspects of production, asset management approvals and delivery of final materials. You will have a high level of experience across various creative areas and will be comfortable dealing with designers, suppliers and other areas of the business. You will be involved in production problem solving - sourcing innovative solutions to production issues or needs.
**Responsibilities** Production and Planning**
Work with the Graphics Manager to plan and manage all work through the creative department ensuring all projects are correctly mapped out and resourced. Hold weekly status meetings alongside the Marketing Manager to manage the daily schedule making sure that briefs are completed comprehensively with print specs, assets and delivery deadlines and that all projects are correctly understood. They will be a brand guardian ensuring all artwork is in line with company and brand guidelines.
**Shoot Planning**
Manage the shoot calendar and assisting the Head of Creative with model casting, location shoot planning, creative flat planning including overseeing the shoot bibles, managing the production schedule, negotiating rates and usage.
**Asset and Repro Management**
Work with the Product Teams, the Production Assistant and the Repro Manager to ensure smooth tracking and delivery of all digital assets including ecommerce flats, lifestyle photography, video and product. Must meet critical path deadlines, budget and quality and accuracy.
**Critical Path Management**
Responsible for the Marketing and Creative critical path to deliver the 6 step seasonal marketing planning process. This role works across teams and seasonal to deliver projects on time and to budget, by planning and organising resources and people. Track work to be completed, set deadlines and diarize meetings and identify any potential risks to the Marketing Manager. Report and communicate regularly and clearly.
**Budgeting**
Responsible for maintaining the creative and production budget. Monitoring spend, tracking and delivering shoots, both studio and lifestyle to budget.
**Resource Management**
Assessing project and resource requirements, you will arrange overtime and freelance support to make sure tasks are completed to deadlines.
