**Role Summary**

Reporting directly to the EMEA Head of Broadcast Media. As an experienced Production Co-ordinator, your role will be to oversee the project requests for the team and report back this data to the team and team leads. You will be working with the client's global production team of editors and animators and other regional co-ordinators to make sure clients request are allocated to the right locations. Applicants should have exceptional organisational skills and enjoy assisting a team of creatives in meeting the high demands of our clients. The successful applicant will understand the full production life cycle, have a top-down view of all the request coming in, work with team leads and designers to make sure planners are up to date, help track production spend and resource allocation.

You’ll work directly with clients, designers and team leads, to make sure they are up to date with all aspects of live projects.

Secondary to this, the production coordinator will keep track of production data, how many jobs are new, currently running and completed. This should be a daily tracking sheet that can be used to provide productivity numbers, allocation percentages, main client requesters and production timelines for the teams. This data would be essential to highlight our in-house teams cost savings and efficiencies at scale.

To do this role, the production coordinator will need to primarily use MS Teams and ServiceNow to track projects, will need to attend daily review and production meetings and will need to report to the department heads on any new requests and current project reviews. The role will involve connecting with other production coordinators from other teams, including AMRS Broadcast Media, Global Creative and the Events/Marketing groups so that we are aware of possible high intensity workloads.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work independently and collaboratively to manage client requests, liaising with creatives and managers.
- Monitor the ticketing system daily and maintain an updated project request system.
- Provide management updates, data tracking, and department highlights.
- Coordinate with clients and external vendors to manage calendars and arrange production meetings.
- Collaborate with global production coordinators to ensure consistency in client experience.
- Assist the London studio production team with setup, crewing, kit hire, teleprompting, and media management tasks.

**Skills Profile**
- Minimum of 3 years of production coordinator experience in a digital media production environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with corporate event processes.
