We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files and records
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating engineers work
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with computerized systems for data entry
- Organizational skills to maintain files and records
- Clerical skills such as typing, filing, and organizing documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: £23,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
