We’re looking for a new member of the Operations team to join as our Operations Administrator. The role will provide daily administrative tasks to support the Operations Team & provide 1st line support for our platform Each Person. You’ll respond to customer support queries and complaints via all communication channels.

**Role Responsibilities**

Within this role, your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining good product knowledge across the platform
- Automating support and configuration software
- Handling and responding to customer support queries and complaints via support tickets, live chat and telephone
- Data Entry
- Daily Operational Administrative tasks
- Identifying and investigating issues & improvements
- Processing and handling orders from the top UK retailers & dealing with customer returns.

**Key Areas**
- Take an active role in owning, investigating and resolving issues
- Support in creating and maintaining documentation
- Provide product support to customers and colleagues
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Log the queries of customers and employees.
- Analysis of queries in order to discover any underlying issues or trends
- Providing customers with support and maintenance
- Speak to customers to quickly get to the root of their problems

**Skills and Experience**

- A self-starter and open to working flexibly as part of a virtual and office-based team
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Looking for an energetic, creative and passionate individual, who is keen to learn, add value and have fun
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Great attention to detail, Thorough: takes pride in getting the job done.
- Confidence to raise risks and issues
- Experience in providing 1st line support
