Part Time Office Administrator

Job Overview:
We are a busy gardening and landscaping company. We pride ourselves on offering great customer service, looking after each other and delivering day in, day out. We are seeking a meticulous and organised part time Office Administrator to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and databases using computerised systems
- Support financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient communication within the office
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when interacting with clients and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organisational skills
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Adept at maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information securely
**Job Type**: Part-time
