Our client, based in Sparkford, is a leading wholesaler specialising in motor parts and accessories, is in search of a Sales and Stock Administrator. They're seeking an individual with a genuine passion for cars and a strong background in stock control management.

**Job Overview**:
**As a Sales and Stock Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively within a team environment. Your responsibilities will include interacting with customers and suppliers, fulfilling orders, managing order discrepancies and overseeing inventory and invoicing. As its a small team you might be asked to help in the warehouse**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure manufacturer vehicle parts
- Maintain accurate stock levels and manage deliveries
- Prepare precise and detailed parts quotations
- Process invoices and issue parts
- Achieve designated sales volume targets
- Pro-actively source parts
- Perform all necessary administrative duties
- Ensure company standards are met
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Speak to customers on the phone

**You'll be required to work one Saturday per month from 9 am to 12 pm (this will be paid), primarily to help with any inquiries about company products during car shows.**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Passion for cars and extensive knowledge of cars helps but not essential
- Previous experience as a Stock Controller within the automotive industry ideal but not essential
- Proven track record of working in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Team player
